Platform Terms of Use

These Platform Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TutorsMN website, applications, content, and Platform services by any user.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Where a user is required to accept a separate Tutor Agreement or Learner / Parent Agreement, those agreements also apply.
1. About the Platform
1.1 TutorsMN is operated by Тюторинг Платформ ХХК, registration number 7184329.
1.2 TutorsMN operates an online marketplace and intermediary platform for online tutoring services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 You must use the Platform only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 You must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
2.3 TutorsMN may refuse registration or access at its discretion.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 You must not:
· break any law;
· infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
· upload harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory content;
· upload malware or attack Platform security;
· harvest data or scrape the Platform without permission;
· impersonate another person;
· misuse recordings or content;
· engage in fraud or payment abuse;
· circumvent the Platform.
4. Platform Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Except for user content, the Platform and its content are owned by or licensed to TutorsMN.
4.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content except as permitted by law or by TutorsMN in writing.
5. User Content
5.1 If you upload content, you represent that you have the right to do so.
5.2 You grant TutorsMN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, store, transmit, display, and use such content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, investigate, moderate, and improve the Platform, and to comply with law.
5.3 TutorsMN may remove or restrict content at its discretion.
6. Availability and Third-Party Services
6.1 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
6.2 TutorsMN may suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
6.3 The Platform may rely on third-party hosting, video, payments, communications, analytics, or other services. TutorsMN is not responsible for the independent acts or failures of such third parties except as required by law.
7. Monitoring and Safety
7.1 TutorsMN may monitor, log, and review Platform activity, messages, support interactions, and lesson recordings for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, quality assurance, dispute handling, and legal purposes.
8. Notices and Electronic Contracting
8.1 Users agree that notices, disclosures, updates, consents, and contractual acceptances may be given electronically through the Platform, email, checkbox acceptance flows, or other electronic means used by TutorsMN.
8.2 TutorsMN may keep electronic records of versioned terms acceptance and related account activity as evidence of user consent and agreement.
9. Termination and Enforcement
9.1 TutorsMN may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where it reasonably considers that a user has breached these Terms, created risk, or engaged in prohibited conduct.
10. Changes
10.1 TutorsMN may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
11.2 The courts of Mongolia shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
